You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
When you purchase a subscription or product, you are purchasing from Lemon Squeezy LLC, not directly from Dicitech.
Lemon Squeezy LLC is responsible for:
Your bank statement will show a charge from “Lemon Squeezy” or a similar descriptor.
All purchases are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation is completed via Lemon Squeezy’s subscription management system. You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.
We offer a 14-day refund window on all purchases. To request a refund, contact us at help@dicitech.com or through Lemon Squeezy’s support channels. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC as the Merchant of Record. Dicitech does not process payments directly and does not store full payment card details.
You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Shatalkin Aleksei. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, or any interruption of the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the buyer’s jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
